I recommend clicking on the Business Academic Search form which will bring you to the Company Profile link. The Company Profile search function is going to have access to millions of documents, so in order to narrow this down I would type "General Electric" into the company name search at the top, and then narrow the search with the term "board of directors" at the bottom.

If it pulls up an SEC filing, the information you need should be current and within the first two pages of the document.
